Not trying to be mean, but can you provide information on your suggestion?
It's not a good idea to just say "oh here's a suggestion: add X item to the game" without anything to flesh it out.

Almost every event can be summoned by an item, I'll rather have that instead of an item that randomly increase the chance of an event occuring.
