I like how your table of contents doesn't use the actual table of contents feature. I am not really sure how to do it, but I have seen it before.

I'm wasn't sure if I could do it without being a moderator, I thought of trying but then I realized my page ain't gonna be that big. So it's gonna stay over there for looks. Usually it's sticking an id(id="Buttens") to a tag then making a link <a href="#Buttens">Buttens</a>.
