Why hello there! I have decided to publicly make forums now, and if this gets popular enough, wikis! I use boards.net which is a great website which you can use for free if you do not want to ask me, but I will set the entire thing up. Requests will be OPEN, but I will close them sometimes, anyways, onto the geniusy stuff.

Why would people need you to make them a forums? Why would they come here for one, and what's so special about you doing it?
 
I think that anyone can make a forum and they would be able to format it more freely and quickly then having to talk to you to add each format. Plus, what would some random joe want to make a forum about?

They would have all admin powers, so they could change it freely at will.
