Darn nice, good to know it is possible to replace sounds with Resource Packs. Is it possible to change music too?

probably not, but I don't think that downloading a wave bank with a resource pack should be too hard... but you have to rename the original

I can double down and confirm that you cannot replace wave banks with resource packs, because they are located outside the content folder. I tried it myself at 1.4's launch.
