According to Google: If the 10-year-old had a mental age of 8, the child's IQ would be 8/10 × 100, or 80. The IQ of a 10-year-old with a mental age of 12 is (12/10) * 100 = 120. So an IQ of a 14 year old coming from a ten year old would be 140.
