Not counting the clothes and blindfold, Beat's appearance comes from Monochrome Beat being shot in the back and effectively being weakened.

(also in case you are wondering how Beat can see with a blindfold on, he can probably sense stuff)

Time to add “him”

Idk trying to possibly revive chat

Name: V1

Gender: male

Appearance (Pictures or Description):

IMG_1128.jpg

V1 is a machine built during the final years of humanity. He isn’t necessarily bulky, but what he looses in size he makes up for in power. He’s rather skinny and not much taller than around 6 feet. His wings and eye glow dimly yellow. His wings serve no purpose oddly.

Species: machine (blood fuelled)

Personality:

Lack of value for any and all life. Rash, crude, a bit of a sociopath. Highly sarcastic and rarely takes matters seriously.

Equipment/Weapons and armor:

V1 is built from blood absorbent steel. He isn’t very durable but he makes up for his durability with his firepower.

Weapons:

Heavy revolver with a charge blast

coins which he can shoot midair to ricochet into enemies’ weaker points.

A shotgun which can charge a powerful grenade and be overcharged to deal greater damage.

The bullets of the shotgun can be punched to cause them to fly at a greater velocity and explode

A weapon that shoots bouncing sawblades that are attracted to the magnets the launcher can also shoot.

A rail-gun that can be configured to shoot either a high velocity electromagnetic beam, an explosive shell, or a metal drill that bores into enemies

The electromagnetic round can be shot off of coins to deal huge damage

Equipment:

V1 has three different arms he can swap to in combat

Feedbacker: V1’s default arm, can parry most projectiles, does a low damage punch, can boost shotgun rounds and hit coins.

Knuckleblaster: Does a heavy punch which can be followed by a release of the shotgun shells in the fist, creating even more damage and releasing a shockwave. This arm can use the shotgun shell blast to parry heavy projectiles, homing projectiles, and heavy melee attacks. However, this arm has a large cool-down between shells.

Winch: this arm can punch weakly, it’s main ability is a low damage harpoon that is launched from the wrist. It cannot latch onto terrain. It can only latch onto grapple points or enemies. Lighter enemies get pulled towards v1, and heavier enemies pull v1 to them.

Abilities:

V1 keeps alive and repairs damage to himself through absorbing blood. He gets this blood by killing enemies and coming into contact with their blood.

V1 is a master of ranged weapons and has lightning fast reaction time

V1 can reflect most ranged and some melee attacks back at enemies if he times his punches correctly.

V1 has amazing eyesight and precise movement

V1 can slide, dash, and run at high speed alongside wall jumping and double jumps

Strengths:

Ranged combat

Guns

Technology usage

Reaction time

Damage output

Quick thinking

Driven

Flaws:

Not super durable

Weak against melee fighters at close range

Can only use blood to heal or repair damage

Requires blood over long periods of time to stay alive.

Not very good at attuning to human emotion

Not a strategist

Can only heal in combat if he can reach his enemy while their blood bursts from their body after a hit

World description (not needed if it's a side character):

Same as Minos prime

Goes by same physics as normal reality.

Notable to include any organic enemy bleeds.

In this case their blood should splatter a bit abnormally to make V1’s healing not obsolete.

Hex code: 000000 (none)

Main character (can affect what world it is, is the preferred type of character if you don't have one already) or a Side character (doesn't affect the world changing, you can't use it as much as a main character)?:

V1 is the primary protagonist in UltraKill and serves as the main and only playable character.

Could say it's an actual projectile that somehow managed to get an electrical charge and it's just a trail making it look like a beam.

just gonna say an OOC chat doesn't need to be "revived", as long as the IC is going then the RP is considered alive

also,
The needing blood thing will be complicated because eventually, V1 wouldn’t be able to efficiently get blood
And how is someone supposed to safely punch bullets except maybe someone like Quilaren anyway?

I think we can probably find a reasonable explanation for the bullet punching somewhere in the fact it seems (at least to me) to be a purpose built combat bot.

I heard a great analogy of the ultrakill parrying system on the steam forums. Instead of head on punching things, it’s like he spins them around 180 degrees by punching the side of something. And projectile boosting makes sense, he’s punching the back of the bullets. The knuckleblaster parry makes the most sense thought, it’s a giant shockwave from shotgun rounds that pushes stuff back.

V1 could last up to a month-ish without blood. Having to kill SOMETHING every month shouldn’t be that hard.

V1 was built for a war against humanity, so definitely built to be superior to humans in combat prowess.

Somewhat unrelated, but I could actually imagine blood powered combat bots having irl use if it weren't for them probably being difficult to produce and the the whole ethical issue of the blood.
I mean, either to like take out facilities or do other things like that, having a short amount of power from blood would be good because then it could basically get sufficient blood from its victims in the facility or whatever to handle that, but should run out once it's done so it avoids casualties outside of there. Or if it could get a lot of power from the blood then it'd be good for long term deployments.

what happens when the war is over and the robots still want blood…?

Anyways, v1 theme
