Im Not Even Sure That Is Possible. I Have Never Ever Seen A Mod That Adds Floating Souls. It probrably has to do with interenal code

In TConfig you could use noGravity=True and pretendType=575
so, maybe "noGravity": true and "pretendType": 575 would work?
