Well... uh... ya know, Blah didn't start 1.3 till not even a month ago so.... be patient please. Also we don't even know if any of the items you listed are going to make a return so.... You'll have to wait till everything Blah wants to implement is implemented. Also reading the front page or previous comments would've answered this before posting about it... just sayin'.

As for my version(Bullseye55 API Version), the team will be using Prism in time, not TModLoader. I have inside contacts with the Prism team for immediate support and adding of features, whereas with TModLoader I'll be stuck in the dark for quite a while on upcoming features and have nearly no say whatsoever on if I need anything.
Yes, I'll not be using TModLoader. I've made up my mind with a bit of input from the team. Too much work for the current and foreseeable team to update a Sourcemod, a Prism, and a TModLoader mod all at once and actually keep then feature-equal when it comes to the API versions. Sourcemod is independent feature-wise.
This may change much later, though I wouldn't count on it or hope for it.

To be honest I think you should buff the Frost Gauntlets percentage bonus on it, since it's a downgrade from the fire gauntlet and mechanical gloves bonus.
Plus the frozen turtle shell is really hard to acquire.
