Worst Game You've Played

I'd go with Bad Boys Miami Takedown or Big Rigs, but everybody already knows they're bad. There are many games out there that receive more credit than they deserve, and I think the worst of them are Gran Turismo 5 and Gran Turismo 6.

Their creators claim they are "racing simulators". Tell me, what kind of racing simulator doesn't feature at least some degree of car damage and crash physics that actually make you want to avoid crashing? How can they call it a "racing simulator" when you can't simulate the no.1 factor that keeps the adrenaline pumping during a race: the fear of crashing. Plus the cars feel way slower than they appear to be, than the speedometer shows. Games like Need For Speed Underground 2 can get away with that, I guess, since they don't aim for realism, but in a "racing simulator" this is unacceptable.

Not to mention, Gran Turismo has hardly improved ever since the first installment. Hardly anything new was actually added, every "new" game is really just a $60 graphics upgrade.

Add to that the fact that GT5 and GT6 were never actually finished. Most cars lacking basic features like actually rendered interiors. They claim some cars are "premium" and are therefore fully rendered, I call bull:red: on that. "Racing simulator" very funny, this garbage shouldn't even be on the market.

Starbound, the game which was released to revive people enthusiasm for the genre, they were able to only revive my hate for :red:ly greedy video game companies.

I do also hate every single MOBA in existance as I don't understand what's so entertaining about them and can't play one for more than 20 minutes without getting annoyed the hell out.

wow ok w1k fine ninja me because i was reading gmod's post
btw the only good thing about starbound is like it gives you 8 cards and you can sell them for like 6 cents each apparently idk how much'll end up in your steam wallet tho
Anyways, since starbound's already mentioned recently, I'd say LoL or DotA.

They just have such a terrible community, it's pretty hard to play without being irritated because of the players, like seriously you die inevitably and you get blamed by the whole team. You purchase the wrong item and get called a n00b or some other insult. Maybe it's just my country's community (which is incredibly toxic.) that acts like this, I don't know.

I don't know if my reason for hating those two games is just, they're not really that bad as games. but ye, the ew community is just ew.

Agreed!

The way that Chucklefish ran things was just awful as well. :\

Realm of the mad god. Just.. horrible.
Whilest I absolutely love RotMG, I have to agree. It takes forever to get anything, it's incredibly new player unfriendly, it's glitchy and laggy, and after you max, the endgame is impossible, and practically non-existent. Also, the devs used to not give a single :red: as to adding new content. They've gotten better. But, I still can't stop playing it. It's an abusive relationship I feel.

Devil May Cry 2. I was a die hard fan of the first game and couldn't wait for the sequel. But DMC2 was just...omg was it bad.

Thankfully DMC3 made up for it.

I like most games I played and don't usually end up playing bad ones, but I got a few pretty awful experiences out there...

Shrek Fairytale Freakdown was by far the worst game I've played. But honorable mentions to stuff like City of Villains, Adventure Quest, Metroid Fusion, Fire Emblem Blazing Sword, Wipeout 64, Zelda 2...

EDIT: I forgot how unpleasant RotMG and League of Legends were to play as well. Good lord. Maybe I was slightly wrong.

I guess I'm just lucky and don't find myself playing a lot of extremely awful games.

Definitely Towns; that game was just too bad for words

Starbound: The reason why I'll never touch an early-access game again.

Minecraft: I used to like the game, I got it way back in Alpha; but then :red:ty updates came rolling in and I stopped playing. And it has quite possibly the worst community I have ever seen in the entirety of my life. And don't even get me started on that game's combat system/PvP-It's basically a clicking competion.

the worst part is, the EVERY SINGLE MINECRAFTER says terraria is minecraft in 2d, and when i tell them about the lack of MC content, they start rambling about which overcomplicated mods i should download. and MON O MAN O MAN the server. just the big, giant, obnoxious, money-swallowing server. minecraft is becoming a boring experience. but this guy makes it a bit better for me...

The Binding of Isaac.

When you have to exploit game glitches to get even a slightest chance winning, something just feels so wrong and makes me regret ever buying it. Rebirth MIGHT redeem it for me. We shall see on that if or when I try it out.

Minecraft and clash of clans
Minecraft for just having the community ruined by all the young children who scream if you do/don't say budder as well as just being "meh" without mods(also mainstream)
clash of clans because of a lot of small niggling things like not having 2 builders on the same thing(same as minecraft mainstream)

but are they really the worst games? sure, they can get boring but they arn't the worst.

What the hell are you talking about? What glitches must you exploit? I've beaten that game 20+ times without ever using any glitches or exploits; hell, I wasn't even aware there were in-game exploits to making that game easier. I don't even know a single person who has played and beaten that game at least once who has used glitches. I'm definitely confused by your comment.

I played the tutorial, and was furious at how slow, boring, and weak the game was. Probably not the worst game I played, but this was one of the first games that caused me to be very picky. If I don't like it after five minutes, I've already wasted too much time. Defender was the game that made me realize that just because I paid for it doesn't mean I should feel obligated to play it or give it quarter.

I recently did a Top 200 Video Games and forgot about such "quality gems" as Quest 64 and Star Fox Command. I don't generally hate games because of communities personally, aside from League of Legends... Because you can't really play League without playing with the community a lot of the time. And playing League is only as fun as the people you play it with. Though Metroid's community definitely almost puts me off from the entire series. It's easily the worst game FANBASE / COMMUNITY I've ever seen, since I have literally never been witness to a "good side" of it. It's just porn or people slinging obtuse garbage at each other. It's depressing.
