This is Oracle. Oracle is a pretty cool guy. Oracle heals his friends and resurrects them when they're down. But unlike Voltear, he need not prepare his spells in order to do the most basic of things. Why? Because Oracle is a spontaneous caster. Spontaneous caster master blaster race.
What is a Voltear? A miserable pile of unprepared spells.
