Drako - a robotic lizard-shaped killing machine from my game Hypertrig. A psychotic army general, his main goal is to exterminate the protagonist, and call upon the forces of his higher-up to eliminate the protagonist by any means necessary.

Silver - a pretty plain-looking bipedal grey dragon. Oh, who also happens to be a goddess for some reason. Originally an evil D&D character I made in 10th grade (who was also originally male), she's taken on a benevolent, motherly role for a story I eventually want to turn into a game. :'}
