    There are better ways to make a message sound more gentle. If you say "uh" all the time, it doesn't make you sound gentle; it makes you sound indecisive, or maybe even dense.

    In short, you should always make it sound like you mean what you say. Your current speaking style is not a good habit, and you should work on breaking it.

    Well...I never considered myself to be the kind of person to make decisions due to the fact that I could actually be wrong, and look like an idiot. Or worse. In fact...I actually just googled the term decisive to see if it means what I thought it means so that if I were to use it, I'd be using the correct meaning, instead of just using it despite the fact that I feel like I know what it means....

    But...I do see how saying uh all the time would be problematic...So...I'm gonna try to do less of that.
