If you are on Linux and Mac there is no need of Mono-ing or Wine-ing the Windows executables, since 1.3.0.7 they provide linux and mac binaries And yes this is possible of course in a non graphical environment tested working on CentOS 7.1 without X, without mono nor wine (the default setup)
