    To post videos here you copy the video address and paste it here. To post pictures, you need to use the {IMG} {/IMG} tags and then copy the image address of the image you want to use there. (replace "{" with "[" and "}" with "]" when posting though)

    When you are viewing the image you want to post, right click on the image and click on the option "Copy Image Address". From there you can paste it here and it will show if it is inside the IMG tags.
