I am trying to craft mechanical worm, i have all stuff that i need to craft it, and a mythril anvil. When i go near that anvil and go to that crafting section where mechanical worm, vile powder and other stuff is, my game just crashes! I can't make any mechanical summon items! Can someone tell...

Hello people, i can't get any souls in my worlds. Also i can hear jungle music in crimson/corruption biome. This is a bug or what? I can't progress in any world! Help pls! ;(:(
