    You can use dirt blocks and walls to make houses but at least the walls have to be entirely player placed. I THINK! <--- Huge emphasis on this as I might be mistaken.

    Also, when you get to the Underworld, don't go killing demons holding onto Voodoo Dolls while they are over lava. Won't end well for you.
