Terraria pacifist runs should exist - killing the least amount of enemies, so you have to attempt to kill WOF without killing the hungry, kill the destroyer without killing the probes, e.t.c

Here's an idea: If kidney stones are caused by a high salt intake, then you can theoretically reuse said stones if the buildup is made of salt. Let that thought linger... What does it taste like? Pus? Piss? Skin? You are welcome.
