If you think about it, Kirby has broken every law with gun safety.
Noble Ranger Kirby looks cool, but those barrels are entirely useless. That's called Gun blooming, often caused by a misfire due to the round exploding early, damaging the barrel. Makes the shots entirely inaccurate, and could hurt the user if they try to fire it again.
Not only that, that's an unrifled barrel. He couldn't hit an elephant if he was under it with that gun.
Regardless, Kirby's limitless power says no and he's perfectly fine anyway.
