At the moment you cannot fully be a pirate as you cannot wear the pirate hat with the eyepatch at the same time, I suggest being able to combine the two at the tinkerer's station to make the Pirate Hat & Eyepatch. I think this would be the first Vanity only items to be tinkerable and that alone...
