    I think it's pretty balanced tbh. I can see it being used like pre-1.4.4 philosopher's stone

    It gives mostly the same effects as the philosopher's stone (breaking the numbers down you're still getting 25% better potions either way)

    wait, they changed the philostone in 1.4.4??? i never experienced any difference with it, it always reduced HP potion cooldown for me
    edit: just checked the wiki, all that was changed is that it recognizes if you still have potion sickness on you and generously reduces that, whereas previously it would only work on instances of potion sickness that occured after equipping it

    I think I kinda returned to terraria modding. So, I'm making 2, or even 3 new small mods, all of them being related to multiplayer. Yeah, I finally wanna improve my skills in it
    The first one is the Death Link mod, which is already finished, and will be released in a day or two. Inspired from geometry dash mod with the same name, it does exactly what you think
