    Lhizards can drop cells, so just make an arena for the golem and you'll probably get a cell in the proccess.

    Just note that "probably" ends up being more like several hundred before you get one. Even then, there should have been at least 4 chests with a Power Cell respectively.

    I it will be several hundred, a power cell is about a 2% chance so you should have to kill about 50 lizhards to get one.
