    Man it’s so disappointing seeing people immediately dismiss someone exposing someone else out for awful things, just cuz because the accuser is a bad person too. People gotta realize bad people can bring evidence in good faith and have it be valid, you can chew gum and walk at the same time. Your behavior will taint anything you put out, and it’s an easy way for offenders to away with it.

    Some people NEED to learn about the things you’re about to buy, I learned this years ago about games. You cant just bet your whole money on a single feature you aren’t even checking if it’s there.

    most of the games i decide to get are after i have already watched a bunch of videos on it (or at least read up on a forum or Reddit thread if it's any good) and deciding "yes, i want this" (both Minecraft and Terraria, Automation, BeamNG, SimplePlanes, Kerbal Space Program...)

    In like 2019 I bought Mario Maker 3DS instead of Planet Robobot because I heard a video say you could draw custom backgrounds for levels. I chose a crappy port over one of the most critically acclaimed 3DS games over something that I knew at the time might not even be true (it wasn’t true)

    Well yes and no, if you spare one enemy, even the most insignificant one, you will be in neutral, True pacifist is where you spare every enemy AND befriend the major characters by backtracking at some parts. I spared every enemy and befriended almost everyone except Alphys in my run, and I still got the neutral ending, Flowey just sent me back to befriend her after I spared him. In neutral Flowey kills asgore, so not really "pacifist", in True pacifist tho Toriel intervenes before the fight could begin. It’s called a genocide run because you kill EVERYONE. You’re directly instructed on what’s left to kill.

    If I play undertale prob going for the neutral ending first, it feels closest to the "main" ending as both pacifist and genocide require going out of your way

    Without spoiling too much you do have to do neutral before pacifist (the game just forces you to) for story reasons, and you can do genocide whenever you want but it feels very intended for people who have done the other routes.
