Fledgling Wings are a bit in an odd spot.
They have the Quality of Life of Wings (slow fall, flight boosted with Rocket Boots, and negating fall damage), and are directly usable without the need of a Goblin Tinkerer.
It kind of makes the Horsehoe Balloon and the Rocket Boots obsolete, besides boosting the wing's flight time, and they loosen the impression of gaining actual wings in hardmode.
For autoswinging swords, I thought "useTurn" (been able to turn your sword while moving in the opposite way) is a good thing.
It's strange why some balance suggestions request to remove it to make the weapon better.
