My most annoying boss fight is Watcher Knights from Hollow Knight... The thing is that you have to fight 6 OF THEM. At the start only 1 comes alive, but after that there is like 2-3 attacking you at the same time! It's so annoying. Thankfully you can kill one of them before the fight starts...
