    Its super slow, it's damage isn't good compared to other things, and the only redeeming quality is that it synergizes with Meteor armor.

    In this case the slowness is a bit of an advantage because speed is one of the reasons Space Gun is so much worse. And sure, you might not use it if you aren’t class locking, but if you’re playing mage, it’s absolutely worth it.
