ive had a problem with no music playing

whenever i log into terraria there is no music or ambient but whenever i take a video capture i can hear it

when ever i log into terraria there is no music or ambient even though they are turned up all the way i took a video but the music and ambient were still there and now im confused

So my world was in hardmode and i moved my nurse to the hallowed and then it said a guide moved in and the guide was in the hallowed biome so i thought the nurse somehow got kicked out but i checked the housing and the nurse and guide were sharing the same house (picture evidence)

whenever i try to use block replace on any kind of sand it doesn't replace the sand with whatever block i'm using.
