What did you do when fighting the Moon Lord on Expert mode for the first time? what was your weapons? what was your arena?

If i needed a ranged weapon,does that mean i need a Shadowflame bow with Venom or Ichor or Holy Arrows?, and for the potions sometimes i just forget to consume/make potions,for no actual reason...often..Though,thanks for the tips.

So after i beat the TWs and The DE. i cant beat Skeletron-PR. Maybe its because im not good at playing,Anyone got tips?
