    I am currently working through a bunch of things with my gender.
    As such, I will be experimenting with using any pronouns for at least a month.
    I'm not currently doing this in any space I don't feel safe, this (and a few other places) are trial runs to see how it feels.

    Ok I had two utterly terrible ideas for OCs this morning.
    A guy who behaves normally except for the fact that his voice is cursed, he can only construct sentences with proper nouns, simple sentence construction words, and meme formats.
    A shared hallucination of the rest of the OCs so strong that he can interact with the world and make other people see him too
    If the first is better, axe. If the second is better, tree. If they both suck, eye. If they're the greatest things you've ever seen, magic.

    Poll to everyone paying attention to these: Which Steam game are you closest to 100% that you haven't 100%ed yet, and what are you missing?

    Wait, why can't you see other user's previous names? You can see your own, but that's not as helpful as being able to see others. It would be really nice for figuring out old conversations where they use shorthand to refer to users and don't link the profile, then the user in question changes their name and it's hard for a newcomer to figure out what happened.

    During a past forum update, we changed the setting to make previous usernames private for the user and staff. Due to prioritizing the users who prefer to have their previous usernames be private to respect their privacy.

    Gotcha. If I could suggest something, I would say have users be able to choose whether their previous names are displayed.

    Its something we'd look at if a future forum software update allowed that option, but right now, the forum software only allows it to be visible to everyone or private to everyone. It won't let us give customization options for individual users.

    I have started putting OCs of mine who are active in RPs in my signature. If y'all want me to put which RPs then tree react but I'm too lazy to do it without motivation.

    Dumb RP idea:
    Get around 6 people to join without making an OC for it first
    Then do the digital equivalent of having them write down their names on pieces of paper, then pass them out randomly
    If you have your own name, try again
    Then, make an OC based off of the person you got
    And then RP

    Wait, am I going about OC power balance wrong?
    My thought process is "maybe around a level 10 or 11 DND character with slightly less options" is balanced.
    But I keep hearing people talking about how they have overpowered OCs, and I'm wondering if mine are too weak
