    Texture packs are a bit obscure in Terraria, it would be better if the better textures were directly implemented in the game

    Pretty much because there's too much stuff to retexture everything. But there are mini packs.

    Did you make that Harpy animation? It's infinitely better than the current one. I can't even tell what's what besides the head and wings in it.
