So I accidently charged back on my terraria game and I cancelled it immediately but it still says I need to finish the dispute I also emailed steam, made a steam support message tried calling and now i'm here can someone help

You have to deal with Valve Support, no one can help you here.

Marcus is 100% correct; there is nothing anyone on this forum can do about this issue, its entirely between you, Steam, and your bank/credit card company.
