Hi there @scgj, are you getting a 403 error? If so, it is a known issue. I’m not sure if there has been a solution yet, but you can see more info about it here: Can't login to Google to access cloud saves.
Well, the mobile version is getting a huge update with a new codebase. I’m not sure what solutions they’ll go with for the new version.
Hi there @scgj, since you first posted your question Mobile has received the 1.3 update (and 1.4 and 1.4.4). The 1.3 update completely overhauled how the player and world files worked. Now you are in complete control and can access all of these save files.
If you had something saved in the cloud, you’ll need to login to your cloud, and manually move them over to your local save on your device. The game does not do cloud saves anymore. I do suggest making frequent backups of your player and world folders though.
