Biomes & Nature Moss idea

Moss can grow near water up to 3 blocks high (as long as there are that many blocks )and 2 blocks higher then water. It can be a easy way to farm overworld plants underground

you can grow most forest plants that aren't to big on it​

Just noting: Moss already exists growing on stones. You can put new moss on stones with the Staff of Regrowth.

Is your idea to enhance moss to allow planting on it? Is it also to provide a way for moss to naturally grow? (Both?)
