Have people asked to be able to make worlds like Super Mario Maker for others to play like a challenge, puzzle, or PvP arena? It seems this game engine is perfectly primed for players to make sharable content where the "GM" is able to decide all the variables for the world and player/s for others' entertainment. This sort of mode would also draw in a lot more players and encourage returning players to get into the community as well as try the stand-alone game.
3 world modes:
- Single Player
- Multiplayer Collaborative
- Multiplayer Competitive
In each, the GM decides what health, mana, and equipment all players start with, and where they spawn in the world. The GM also gets to choose a list of acceptable "win" conditions:
- Reach/Trigger a switch/pressure plate/liquid sensor (including Escape the Room)
- Put the corresponding gem on the holder
- Last one/team standing
- Survive until the timer runs out
- Fill a chest with a list of Treasure Hunt items
Creators share their levels online. Only worlds they could complete themselves as a player can be shared.
