Hi there @Metalclaw321, welcome to the forums.

Here is what Pipeworks (the console developers) have said about this issue:

This is a feature that we would have to add. It's on our list of things to explore, but hopefully that helps shed some light on why it hasn't come yet. It's not technically a bug.

In the meantime, you can check your tv settings for a way to adjust your screen. Each tv is different, but look for a setting called something like “overscan”, “picture size”, “just scan”.
