PS4 Ps4 bug in multiplayer

Whenever me or my friend go to the right edge of the world, it says an error has occurred in the app. It is annoying, since it happens on any world, and always when we touch the right edge. Please fix this. Also wormholes wont work sometimes. Also when my friend accidentally put his terra blade in a weapon rack, it dissapeard permanently. Thanks!
