so, i got the stake launcher from mourning wood, and i wanna ask do stakes count as arrows?? i want to make shroomite armor with the arrow helm and i was wondering if the arrow boosts count with the stake launcher

Yes, they do for Shroomite Armor and the Magic Quiver.
