This is a mod that adds a new class, the ninja. It currently only has a very limited amount of gear but I am working on getting more gear out.

THE MOD IS NO LONGER BEING WORKED ON AND IT WILL NEVER BE FINISHED

What is Ninja Evasion?
If you right click with a ninja weapon in hand and wearing ninja armor, you get a small amount of I-frames (Ill refer to this as 'evade' from here on out). If you get hit during the I-frames, you will get a damage bonus for a short period. It has a cool down to prevent overuse and you briefly take extra damage. If you get hit while you evade while you have the damage bonus, your next attack will be a Hidden Technique that does LOTS of damage and has some cool and wacky effects.

i like the idea
with 1.4 progression changes coming to tmod whenever
i dont see them being viable against eater of worlds
does ninja gear change the cap on running speed?
 
it seems as if a night's edge ninja weapon is coming, sounds fun, please dont just call it the Night's Dagger or Night's Whatever, I think it would be cool to call it something else, i had an idea for my own mod (before i decided it was stupid) to make a night's edge tome and i would call it the Daykill, try to do something like that, OR you can try to make it a unique thing, like the lunarian bow from calamity, or just make it it's own unique combination of stuff and not have anything like that.

While i'm not the owner, i do know this, you can actually get the mod from the mod browser right now! If you are asking when it will be FINISHED, then that's a question that i dont think anybody can answer.
 
not trying to sound rude, but the Saiyonara could use a resprite. I actually make sprites for my own mods. (im no master but i might be able to make something better for the Saiyonara, it is my favorite weapon from this mod)
Im making a resprite whether you like it or not, but its up to you whether or not you want it in the mod

i also decided to change the handle of the Searing Edge and a few things about it that annoyed me. Didnt change it too much because fire is not my specialty.

Hey, sorry for the lack of updates, i took a break from the mod for a while but i might get back into it now
Im really new to spriting so thats why they may not turn out that well
and yes, there is a nights edge type weapon coming

i dont know really, it should be currrenlty on tmodloader with all prehardmode stuff but i have no idea when I'll get the mod completely done especialy since im doing this solo and I have other things that I have to use my free time for.

sure, it be super helpful to have help
tho if im being honest, my code is currently quite a mess so id need to fix it up and im not sure how having multiple people work on a project usually works
