I just realized that there no hallow spawn in my world. I do some research and it turn out that it spawn too close next to the jungle so it will not expand because of the jungle biom . Is it there a possible way to fix it please help.

Buy hallowed seeds and spread it on grass. Eventually and with enough patience you can get hallowed enemies to spawn. Once you get some pixie dust, you can start crafting holy water to further spread the hallow.

I had this happen too, I appreciate Re-Logic's attempt to make the Jungle not get overriden by evils anymore but it creates another problem entirely.
