PC Terraria won't launch, I have tried everything.

Hi, please help I'm trying to play Terraria for almost a year and can't play it for some reason, I have tried everything I could I search on the internet but nothing helps.

It doesn't show any, every time I click 'Play' it's waiting 5 seconds, and then it's coming back to 'Play'. I get no reports.
