"I think we should go deeper"
"If we can find something that sees in the dark, that would help"

"I think we lost them"
"Yes, but now we are heading back to where you are escaping from"

*asleep but only kinda*

 

[Esther]

Night nods.

 

[Sylv]

Maiko blindly ventures further down into the cave
"If only we had light"

 

[Esther]

"Best I have for that right now is this."
Night grabs his staff, and fires a bolt at the ground. Result is a brief and somewhat weak light.

 

[Sylv]

(Being that Maiko eats a lot of things, it would be safe to say they have eaten at least one firefly or something similar)
"Oh wait"
After a bit of concentration, Maiko begins to glow a dim light

 

[Esther]

"I guess that works."
(Also, counter will go back to 25 after the next roll when that happens)

 

[Sylv]

The cave they are in isn't big although it does go deeper into the ground and get bigger then
it also branches off into three tunnels, left, right, and center further right
(the illusion of choice even though they all end up in the same place)

 

[Esther]

"..."

 

[Noahblast20]

*grabs a flashlight* “it’s dark in here”

 

[Sylv]

"Which path should we take night?"

 

[Esther]

"I'd say left."

 

[Sylv]

“Okay”
Maiko goes left

 

[Esther]

Night gets ready to follow,

buuut flinches for a bit before he does actually follow...

“Night why do you keep flinching”

 

[Esther]

"...It's really complicated... I'm not sure if I could even properly explain."

 

[Sylv]

“Ok”

If night is paying very close attention he might hear whispering

He doesn't notice.
