Maybe it could be only active after having defeated a certain boss on normal mode, so it's a bit more balanced ? Having a extra accessory slot would be really useful for every mode, and compared to the endgame weapons I wouldn't say it's too unbalanced.
Oh and in case it wasn't clear enough, I don't mean it being obtainable in normal worlds. What I want is that it doesn't disappear/grey out on normal worlds and can be used like usual.
