every time I try this i take like 450 damage....

It's called "ScreenToGif" I just google searched gif screen capture. Are you using the current version?

Nah I wasn't sure of how to capture it like you were doing so I thought it would be better to ask, but now I can actually provide video proof of any claims I make which makes me happy
