Actually, Windows 1.0 and 2.0 were trash. 3.11 is where it started being something that could be used as an OS instead of just a funny program you used if you had a lot of RAM and didn't like MS-DOS's user interface.
95 was meh, 98 was " this," 2000 was the real Y2K, Vista was blind to its own flaws.
