I would suggest reporting them to the mods. That is why we have a "Report" button under people's posts.

SOY, he's asking because Crowno is ranked as a moderator here to go with his developer status.
As a developer with moderator powers, what action would they take upon seeing an infringement?
A normal moderator without extra status would just moderate, which is what they do. Would a developer bother to take action?

Pretty sure it would be easier for any moderator to spot these issues before me. They are much more active. But just considering the hypothesis, I would probably report to any of them personally instead of taking action.
