My friend (friend is a rather loose term) is getting a spray tan so she can match her semi dress or something. I don't get how plastering your skin with that stuff is in any way appealing.

Oh, the guidette in her natural habitat. Seriously. I dislike tanned skin. I prefer the slightly pale or legitmally brown. Tan is just a copperish colour I dislike.

I remember seeing a lot of Disney sitcoms where a spray-tan turns you orange.

It's a disgusting rust colour. I like every kind of natural skin color: White, brown, black, yellow, ya name it. But tan skin is something I hugely dislike and raises massive red flags for me. I don't think I'd date a person with such skin complexion. It isn't even racism since tan isn't part of a race/etnicity, it's just a bunch of Adonis Complex fools.
