Well, what 'class' setup d'you have? Melee, Ranged, Caster or Summoner?

Well, Then you'll just need high mobility. Just focus on keeping them in sight, but keeping yourself out of reach.. Also, wings with a fast ascent speed like the Jetpack.

Megashark with Crystal Bullets. For Twins you can kite them by flying in one direction, for Skeletron Prime constantly circling around it makes it harder for the arms to track you.

As far as Twins go, they're a bit more complicated and less straight forward then Prime. While Prime can mostly be beaten by the simple strategy of circling around to avoid Saw and Vice to properly track you (as most of their movement speed goes straight from Head to the targeted player, circling around maximizing momentum), Twins do cycle through a variety of different AIs.

For instance, Spazmatism is easily killed by moving straight in one direction, same for Retinazer however its charge is much faster than Spazmatism and might be able to catch up. You also want to make sure to never bring them both to their second phase and focus the one currently in its second phase (possibly focus one through the entire fight).
