What inspired you to start it? I would recommend going over that again and any similar materials to look for more ideas. Read books, watch films - steal bits of plot from all over the place.

If that doesn't help, leave it. Not all stories work out. Try writing something else and perhaps inspiration will come while you concentrate on other things.
