Where did she say that they weren't planning on expanding the throwing class?

I found out from looking at Steef's post, but thanks.

Throwing class doesn't fit Terraria that much, she said it already. Like Shadowflame Knife you throw it like shruikens, but they deal melee damage, same with Daybreak. How do you want to add full thrower class?

Adding new celestial moon isn't great idea, even make end-game gear from all current fragments. It is small bonus, nothing more.
