parasect's slow spore might not be as useful as skiploom's faster sleep powder, so as much as I love seeing someone using an uncommon choice like parasect, I'd say replace it.

also, nowi is a terrible name for a dragonair but a perfect name for a dragonite, because it looks way sillier than its offspring. but nah, not saying you should change it
