I'm #TeamPopplio with ya Pupusyaviy.

I know decidueye is probably the worst starter on both typing and stats but I still want it, I mean that thing looks badass

I don't think Decidueye will be that bad in competitive, it has a niche as a Baton Passer and maybe as a sweeper.

But it's kinda slow, despite looking like it would be fast. That's all I'm worried about.
Actually, the other starters might not be so good in competitive either. Primarina is likely gonna be outclassed by Tapu Fini which has the same typing, and both Incineroar and Primarina are hellishly slow. Slower than Decidueye.
